Spyderco Grey Dragonfly 2 Emerson Opener Folder Knife, Satin Blade

This folder model features dark grey FRN (Fiberglass Reinforced Nylon) handle scales, a modified drop point style blade in a satin finish and the reversible pocket clip is designed for tip up carry only but is eligible for a left or right hand carry option.

Spyderco aimed at solving the biggest drawback of sub-compact knives which was the challenging nature of opening them one-handed by incorporating the patented Emerson Opener hook which has the capability to snag the top of the pocket to deploy the blade as it is drawn out in one fluid motion. Now in its 2nd generation, each Dragonfly 2 not only features a front finger choil in addition to a lock back design, but the positive thumb ramp aids blade control especially when performing finer tasks. Additionally, the patented Bi-Directional Texture™ of the handle featured on many of their models allows the knife to remain feather-light while performing like a heavyweight.
